Combined cutting machine (punching head and laser head with 4kW CO2 resonator), with sheet metal loading and unloading and automated part unloading. This machine combines all the advantages of punching and laser machining.

The punching head allows forming, grooves, extruded, countersunk, threaded, etc. with great precision. Thanks to the active matrix we can machine without scratches and make the most of the depth of the forming.

Thanks to the laser head we can make high precision cuts even in areas with previous shaping. The additional axes of the laser head make it possible to reduce translational movements of the sheet and optimize evacuations.


Nine CNC bending machines, from 36 to 320 tons of pressing force, with a maximum bending length of 4,050 mm.

Folding in the air thanks to the downward movement of the upper deck. The upper tool (bending punch) presses the piece flat, inserting it into a lower tool (V-shaped die), forming it in a rectilinear shape.

Motorized backstops that control the exact position of the part, even if it is pre-folded or wedge-folded.

We have six high-performance MIG-MAG welding stations, thanks to which we achieve a precise and quality welding process, with high degree of repetability. Thanks to CMT technology we manage to minimize projections and reduce rework times.

COSTA belt sander-satinizer, with 1100 mm width for the perfect finish of the surfaces of flat pieces (grinding, elimination of imperfections, polishing). Provided with 4 stations and with wet suction, it allows treating carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts.

Vibrating cylinders for polishing, degreasing and polishing parts. Allows the removal of the oxide layer after laser cutting with oxygen.

We develop customer plans to obtain geometries that we can process adjusting to the finished part.

Programming of the cutting and folding machines from the office, using the latest generation software BOOST (Trumpf). This software allows us to optimize programs and know in real time where a part or order line is in the production process.

We manage work that we have to carry out outside of our facilities (galvanized, special works, tube cutting for assemblies, etc.), and we have our own trucks to deliver the piece to the client's facilities.

We carry out measurement samples according to the guidelines established by the quality office. We have a measuring room with a measuring arm by scanner.

Our priority is to deliver the finished part to the client in a timely manner.

Sheet metal permanent stock

We have a permanent sheet stock in our facilities for an agile service:

• More than 1000 Tons of sheet metal (carbon steels of different types, stainless steels, galvanized, aluminum, …)
• More than 250 different references perfectly identified, in order to maintain traceability in the final piece.
